Took my 2015 Flex in for warranty rust damage on the roof, they needed to replace the entire roof panel. That was on September 30th. On November 14th they say it is finished and parked out front. When I arrived I had a hard time finding it but there was a similar looking one. I asked Shane where my car was and he said in a purely hateful and loud tone "its right there" I informed him no and that my flex was grey with a piano black roof.
