Difficult to deal with to make the sale. Kept telling us a different price than advertised. Made a deal. Truck threw a couple codes 3 days after purchase. Was told to take it elsewhere to get it fixed. They did not want to deal with it. Will not do any more business with them. Would not recommend! Took my 2023 Mustang Mach 1 for a warranty repair. Alfredo the service department representative was professional throughout the process, had my part and repair done promptly, and communicated to me the progress throughout. Very impressed. Thank you.
Taken my wife's escape here for oil changes and for the second time in a row the splash guard wasn't put back on correctly and was dragging under the car within a day after the service. This last time it came off and they replaced it but didn't call me to tell me it had came in. To no surprise it is coming off again. Will not be using them again.
