This place is a joke invoice Doesn’t specify what I got charged 200 dollars to install a fog light bulb and when I payed my bill they didn’t add my ford points and said I paid my bill to fast so I did get my points I got more just a waste of time just waited every buddy to know before dealing with this place
Would not recommend if you are needing your vehicle serviced. I took my car in for some issues and also told them three different times to fix the recalls while it was there. They said they would fix them each time. Went to pick my car up a week later and they did not do any of the recall repairs on my vehicle nor did they seem to care and sent me out the door.
Cody was a huge help. I'v bought four vehicles from him in the past.
Great experience with the salesman, the manager and the finance manager. My only complaint, and while I feel it is significant, is that I asked for my credit to be run to only one financial institution. I was already pre approved by a major bank, I just wanted a particular lender. Maybe I didn’t equate enough not to run my credit to multiple places and they did, to 5 lenders to be exact. Other than that, they were polite, very friendly actually, without being off putting and I would go back for another purchase.
Ryker was knowledge about each vehicle we drove. He was honest and straight with us from the beginning. I was great working with Ryker ans Slim to get a good car deal done. We are happy with our service.
