Came here after getting rear-ended, and Shannon (the body shop manager) immediately eased all of my anxieties about the repair process. She was kind, helpful, and professional throughout the entire experience! I’m very impressed with the quality of the repair work—the car looks brand new again. I hope I don’t need to return, but if I do, I know I’ll be in good hands.
I chose this shop after doing extensive research because of the great reviews and their emphasis on clear communication. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. While the quality of the repair itself was good and the final result looks great, the communication throughout the process was EXTREMELY poor which ultimately caused major confusion with both insurance and my rental car. Absolutely the worst customer service. Have had vehicle for weeks waiting on delivery, parts, insurance, whatever excuse they can come up with. All the times I’ve been on the phone with them they have expressed how they would get back to me when they know more and they’ve only called me once out of the 20+ times we’ve talked. Find someone else
I had such a great experience with Collision Center of Nashville! Everyone there was super friendly, patient, and professional. They took the time to explain the whole process clearly and kept me updated the entire way. The repair was done faster than I expected, and the quality is amazing! You can tell they really care about their customers. Highly recommend this 5-star team!
