picked up our Buick Enclave this afternoon for rearend repairs. drove from Marshall to Homer to Albion and hit a pot hole in the parking lot at Dollar General and the power went out in the vehicle. radio turned off, lights turned off, and now there is no power to my vehicle at all. We dropped it off Monday the 16th and picked it up this afternoon the 23rd. its after 5pm so I will be the very first call tomorrow morning. very unhappy!
RecommendedVery impressed with the work. When something wasn't right on my Cruze at pickup, they didn't hesitate to throw it back in the bay and make sure it was 100%. I dont wish collisions on anyone, but if it happens, highly recommend this company!

The staff is AWESOME! Tiffany and Dan were the ones I had spoken with the most and they're super friendly, honest and easy to work with. The work completed was great and they even cleaned the interior, which wasn't expected. Although my vehicle took a lot longer to fix, for a few reasons #1 the amount of damage #2 with GM's strike ending, they had some vehicles before mine they had to catch up on. Needless to say, if and when I need body work done again. I will be back! Thank you!

Just picked up my car after hitting a deer. It looks great, outside and in! Pretty sure it is cleaner than when I bought it!! Customer service was great! Thank you for the awesome service!
Great service and very friendly staff! They helped talk me through the process of my first crash and insurance claim. They have a very knowledgeable staff that provide speedy service! Would definitely recommend to anyone needing collision repairs.
