I picked up my car 5 weeks ago from Autonation. I was told one final part was missing, but the part was ordered, and I would be contacted in a few days with an update. Rebecca told me she would follow up in a few days to give me an ETA on the last part. It has now been. 5 weeks and I have not heard from anyone at Autonation about this part. I have left 5 messages in the past 2 weeks, and still no returned calls. I would like my car finished and I am extremely disappointed in the lack of communication. John Jamison is friendly, accommodating, helpful and a really nice guy. The fact that they are preferred by USAA and work directly with them is a bonus. I should mention that JJ was my consultant/contact at this shop.
I brought my car in to be serviced for them to repair my bumper I brought the car to them three times my bumper still is not repaired correctly the girl in charge of my account is never there the manager of AutoNation is nonexistent many phone calls many frustrated hours do not take your car there
