I have used your service before that's why I trust your staff to do the right thing. My vehicle was taken there in Dec. 2021. I didn't get my vehicle back for more than 5 months (not their fault due to parts). Even when getting it back - I still had to and STILL have to return it for more work. They returned a vehicle to me that doesn't have brake/turn signals working properly... to me this is dangerous. I was very pleased with my experience in getting my bumper repaired on my 2015 Toyota Rav4. Everything was done like clockwork from getting my car delivered to them, renting a vehicle while mine was in the shop, to working with Nationwide for my insurance needs, to picking up my vehicle on time stated, and to returning my rental vehicle to Enterprize with the great help and efficiency expertise help from Ernest and Charles at the body shop!!
