Brooke & David went above & beyond to make sure our Escalade was repaired right from the very beginning. Very honest & thorough. Communication was excellent as well. As long as we have a Cadillac & need body work, it will come here.
Bruce the manager in the body collision shop was amazing! I will bring my vehicle for anything it needs! Great pricing and painting. I have extremely high expectations when it comes to my cars. This exceeded those. I am well pleased.
Bruce and Brooke are absolutely incredible, amazing customer service, attention to detail, super friendly to deal with. Honestly could not ask for anything more. Also the work completed by the technician “Matt” was perfect !! The entire team delivers an outstanding experience !!
I have been going to this collision repair center for almost 20 years. They do excellent work, high-quality craftsmanship on very expensive cars at very fair prices. I recently went for two small items on my Range Rover and the manager Bruce Dunehew, fixed both of them right in front of me within seven minutes. Thanks for the great service. !!!
Very unprofessional. They promised a same-day quote after the car inspection, but after a week, I heard nothing. No updates, just delays and excuses. Total waste of time—would not recommend.
