This service department is the absolute worst I have ever seen and I'm old. They had my F-150 for almost three weeks for a software problem? They called after the first week and said yup all fixed come on down . I said great got there still had the same problem the service advisor insisted it was fixed I had to take him to the truck and demonstrate that it was not working...Then he said we will have to keep it for a while I said ok just fix it!! Purchased a 22 dodge ram today my sales person John Henry was great helped me get the truck for a great price
My estimate started around $8464 and ended at $13600, adding insult to injury it took around 6 weeks (more on this below). After they 'disassembled' the vehicle, they found the other $50000+ in damages. I'm no body repair person but come on, I guess they employ low skill estimators or possibly they are just dishonest. This was by in far the worst repair experience of my life. No possible way would I refer a single person here.
