Call me old fashioned but I love professional and friendly service. James and Kevin made my day. Usually taking my truck to a collision center is generally not a happy experience. Gotta tell you this one was great. Highly recommend.
Let me start off with Haley was fantastic. Went over repairs of insurance with her and the Asst Body Shop Manager made a plan for repairs and to change the color of my roof due to it having to be repainted anyways due to hail damages. Myself Hailey and Asst Manager went over exactly what was expected. Stopped by to check out the truck 2 weeks after it was supposed to be completed, located damage that the tech did to the truck during removal of windows that didn't get caught in paint. Incredible service! I had paint issues on a new F-150 purchased elsewhere, and the team at Johnson Sewell Ford took ownership of the situation as if I’d bought it from them. Kevin was top notch—he managed all the behind-the-scenes logistics and made the repair process effortless for me. The quality of work and the customer service were way above and beyond. I’ll be bringing my truck here for all future needs.
I was extremely happy with the service from the Collision Center at Johnson Sewell. Haley, the estimator, took just 30 minutes or so to look at my F250, assess the damage, and write up an estimate that was spot on. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, working with the insurance company to ensure everything was made "like new," and they covered all the expenses of the repair.
