Incredible service! I had paint issues on a new F-150 purchased elsewhere, and the team at Johnson Sewell Ford took ownership of the situation as if I’d bought it from them. Kevin was top notch—he managed all the behind-the-scenes logistics and made the repair process effortless for me. The quality of work and the customer service were way above and beyond. I’ll be bringing my truck here for all future needs.
I was extremely happy with the service from the Collision Center at Johnson Sewell. Haley, the estimator, took just 30 minutes or so to look at my F250, assess the damage, and write up an estimate that was spot on. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, working with the insurance company to ensure everything was made "like new," and they covered all the expenses of the repair. They did an excellent job replacing the bed on my truck. The paint matched perfectly with no flaws that I could see. The office ladies at the body shop had to fight with my insurance company more than they should have. But they persisted and everything worked out great. They even washed and detailed the truck inside and out. My wife’s Ford Flex needed repairs a few weeks ago. They did the same perfect job on her Flex. Would highly recommend these folks.
Our car needed some maintenance at the dealership. From there, it was taken to the collision center. When we picked up the car this week, it was perfect. There was no way to tell that it had been damaged. The body work was perfect.
