Went in asked for an estimate, they declined to do an estimate unless I was doing the work there. How would I know without an Estimate?
I dropped off my pickup on Monday the 5th. The front desk person was exceptional. She was able to answer my questions. This collision center was recommended to me by a retired body worker. The day I brought it into the shop they found more work would be necessary than the adjuster had identified. More parts would be needed. I bought my car on October 15th 2023 from Hyundai at Drivers Village and after only having my car for 5 months I was sitting at a light and a lady come across and scratched and damaged my whole driver’s side front end and part of the side on the drivers side. called to make an appointment to bring my car over to the Collision Department at Drivers Village and they just told me to bring my car over no appointment was necessary. So I got rear ended, I went here to try to get the damages fixed on my rear bumper. Insurance covered the costs thankfully but the experience with this business sucked. Here is what happened. I bring my car in for repair, they tell me they will fix it no problem, gave me a rental and I thought it was all set. 2 weeks later when I go back, they try to tell me it’s all good.
