My car got hit while it was parked. The insurance said it would be $175 and 3 days. I got it back from them 8 days for $401. Mind you my deductible is $500.
I recently had my truck fixed at Burd Kuktgen Ford. The communication was terrible. It took 6 weeks to fix my truck and they never called with updates. I had to call them for any information. OMG! Drove up with some fairly simple rear fender panel repair after a tire sidewall blowout promptly removed and unclipped the fender panels around the tire. Adrianna at the front desk was friendly and welcoming, promptly radioing the the shop for a look at the damage. Jordan arrived in maybe a minute. We walked outside and checked out the situation.
