Manager Mike is the absolute worst. Candino, on the other hand, was very polite and nice to deal with, but unfortunately he isn’t the one running the shop or doing the work, and he’s clearly stuck in the middle. This place is an absolute joke. I am shocked that this is a GM/Cadillac certified collision center, because the business practices I observed, the poor customer service from Mike, and the substandard quality of work were beyond unacceptable. Great work and Great customer service.
This place is terrible and full of liars and highly incompetent people, managers and staff. They only care about how to take your money and lie to your face. I felt extremely racially discriminated! First of all they had my car for 3 months at collision and then they called me to pick it up only for me to find more faults wrong on the car which they tried to blame it on me, and then they took my car for another 10 days to which they promised to take care of the rental. Don’t waste your time, go to another dealer for warranty service. I have a 2025 Escalade IQ less than 1k miles on it, stereo went out, leveling system service light on and automatic doors not functioning properly. I had the first appointment of the day expecting to get in and out, I was there for 2.5 hours for Victor the service guy to tell me I needed to bring the car back another day and leave it.
