Don’t waste your time, go to another dealer for warranty service. I have a 2025 Escalade IQ less than 1k miles on it, stereo went out, leveling system service light on and automatic doors not functioning properly. I had the first appointment of the day expecting to get in and out, I was there for 2.5 hours for Victor the service guy to tell me I needed to bring the car back another day and leave it. Morse Cadillac and Collision services provided very professional and friendly service while repairing my Tesla. In particular, Candido kept me posted on my repair every step of the process. Their relationship with Enterprise Rental made it even easier and quicker. The whole staff at this Morse Collision were the most helpful and friendly.
