Had a great experience getting a fender liner installed here during the recent rainy weather days. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. Everyone was professional and helpful, and the job was done quickly and the right way. Danny, who helped me throughout the process, was friendly, clear in explaining everything, and made sure I was taken care of. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this body shop.
Honestly this was the worst customer service I ever had. I'm really upset. The workers were so rude and acted like they didn't care at all. I came in just trying to get help and they talked to me with attitude and no respect. I left feeling mad and disappointed.I don't want anyone to come back here or go through what I went through. They really need to fix the way they treat people, because this is not okay.
I’m writing this to share what happened to my son at this Body Shop. As a mother, I am extremely upset with how he was treated. The front desk lady spoke to him with attitude and absolutely no respect. He went in simply asking for help, and instead he got rude behavior and unprofessional treatment. No customer should ever be talked to like that.I don’t want anyone else to experience what my son went through. This place seriously needs to improve the way they treat people, especially their front desk staff.
They made the whole process easy, kept me informed and I even received my car back, washed! Wow
Honestly the service is really awesome. Love the workers and they were super nice!!
