I have had the worst experience with this collision shop. My car has been here since Nov 29, 2022 and here we are Jan 21, 2023. They have been unorganized, have had the worst communication, and has given me a number of false information. From the customer service agents to the director, I have been given incorrect information. This went from a simple bumper repair that should have been less than 6k to now being reported as 25k of damages. 1. They are were only communicative in the beginning to get our service. 2. Right after we provided them with initial payment, they stopped following through with communication.3. If you live within driving distance, you NEED to come here FIRST before you go anywhere else to get an estimate. Robert (the owner) and the staff at Collision Care Xpress are simply outstanding and you should have no hesitation about getting your car repaired here. Having an accident without collision coverage & having to pay out of pocket is one of the most trying times in my life and it was extremely difficult to even get other shops to give me an estimate. We had our 2017 CR-V 2 weeks when it was rear-ended by another vehicle on 95 in early October. I work in the insurance industry and am somewhat familiar with how the claims process works. These are the people you go to when your car is your baby. I saw my car after it had been finished and they noticed some imperfections in the work on the front bumper while we were walking around it and asked me if they could keep it a little longer. They pulled the bumper off and redid the whole thing free of charge. It was an extra day, but it was worth the wait.
