Took my car in for some custom work. First thing, receptionist lost my contact information And didn’t get it into the computer. So, when the parts arrived, she couldn’t contact me. I had to call the freight company and they said they delivered it three days prior. So, called the shop and was told that it arrived yesterday and she was trying to find my contact information to call me. Horrible job done a my friends Sequoia. Front suspension replaced but refused to replace a damage steering rack. Caliper shield repaired with hammer and dolly. Front bumper fog light connector was glued to the bulb making it impossible to replace the bulb next time. Missing clips on front bumper bellow. A complete mess. She will never recommend this shop to anyone.
