I had a great experience here after needing to fix my bumper when my car was rear-ended. My car was finished by (before, actually) the promised date and I was given appropriate phonecalls to stay in the loop. I was surprised to see they even went above and beyond to fix an unrelated issue with my car door, and leave my car more clean and shiny than before I had dropped it off. I appreciated the care even though my car is extremely old.
If I could will do -5. And yes if you have a black car don’t go there. I took my car there so they can fix it. I ended up with more problems my bumper come out, is coming out again they won’t fix it. The damage was on my door.tjey removed the entire front of the car to fix the door .There warranty is useless. Save time and money go somewhere else. Sorry to say I didn’t do my research.
We've brought our cars in yo them 3 times so far (twice with insurance and once without), and they have taken good care of us. I was not expecting them to detail the carsas well, but they did. We appreciate the care and attention to detail!
I had a great experience at collision 2000 if I could give 10 stars I would the customer service was on point and the work they did on my car was perfect I had my back bumper replaced due to a car accident and they went above and beyond my expectations not only did the do a great job fixing it they washed waxed and shampooed my carpet making it look and smell brand new and the time they quoted me for it to be ready was exactly on point which was 2 weeks they also helped me with a car rental they called Hertz and had them pic... read more
