I love working at Collis mostly because of the people I work with. But like all places that you work for it has its moments that you just feel like you don't want to be there.
I have been with Collis Inc. 19yrs. H.R has always worked with me when my husband had Medical problems. The people bashing the attendance policy are most likely the ones that didn't come to work and abused the policy.
I lost my father and lost my job due to the mental strain of the situation and fired me for leaving work on a bad day when i wasn't even clocked in. The people that work the floor are amazing people, management is uncaring and ignorant to lifes real problems.. They dont care about appointments, and you get attendance point even if you return with a doctors note. Again, there are great people here, but the ones in charge could care less about you or your problems. They play favorites, depending on who you are they might work ... read more
