We have been members over 18-yrs. & really enjoy this location. Family oriented, awesome staff, a nice variety of classes & equipments.

The customer service at this location is atrocious. I called to cancel a membership on the 16th of the month and was told I had to come in to cancel. I was never told that I needed to cancel by a certain date to not be charged for the next month. I went in on the 22nd of the month and was told that I had to cancel by the 20th otherwise I would be charged for the next month. They need 10 days notice to cancel?
