*Caution* This is not a legit company within Collinsville, IL. This is a company based out of the states that might send a sub-contractor to your house to fix your appliance. This company first told us it would be 55 dollars for someone to come out, then they charged an additional 60 dollars for a diagnostic once they reached our home. The contractor failed to fix the fridge, and now 2.5 weeks later all parties involved have been directing me someone else. Called this place to go out and check a washer my company may have damaged while doing work in their home and the man was rude and hung up on me. I suggest you go to the next appliance repair contractor. If he is going to treat a perspective customer this way on the phone can you imagine how he would treat you our your customer in the home. Bad business ethic!!
