Selling a house is always stressful but the Collinsons team made it as smooth as it could be. Rob talked sensibly to us about valuation and marketing and we got a buyer very quickly. Then Michele kept us informed, did a great job of coordinating with the buyer’s side and generally keep things calm and on track throughout a sometimes painful conveyancing process. It’s now all done and we’re very happy with the service from Collinsons overall.
The team at Collinson Hall were always so accommodating and approachable. They never made me feel like a nuisance, asking to have 3rd and 4th viewings with my builder. They were a great "go between" for both solicitors and were extremely understanding when I needed information on pet ownership at the flat. Everyone I dealt with was professional and friendly. Lastly, thank you for your card and fizz - a really lovely touch at the end of such a long process.
