My husband is the patient. We took him in for his first appointment. He didn’t have to wait long the young lady came out and got him took him back explained everything she was going to do. She was very knowledgeable and very kind.
Collin’s Vision has been such an asset to my vision health. Prompt and polite and knowledgeable guiding me through insurance. I don’t feel like a number, I feel like a family member. They want what is best for your vision. Honest and supportive of my concerns. Highly recommend!

I certainly appreciated the thoroughness and hospitality of all the people who attended to me. Dr. Friederichs was way ahead of himself with his prognosis. He was very conservative when he told me that glasses could take care of my vision. The process was seamless and the outcome better than expected. Now, I am able to see the entire beautiful world. Cataracts removed, great experience, staff were caring and wonderful. Transport came on time, great driver. Which took the stress out of getting there and coming back home. Collins called the following day to make sure I was ok. Just wonderful, thank you for everything , it’s amazing how much brighter, lighter and clear everything is.
