RecommendedOutstanding service, genuine concern and integrity
This is the real deal with Collins Tire Service. You have companies who screw you over and then you have these guys. I've been using Collins for YEARS and I have never had any complaints....NOT ONE. The guys are funny, personable, reasonable and they get you "in and out" fast. These guys aren't out to break your bank....they charge reasonable, fair prices and do great work. Got 4 tires from there. They were great when each 3 times their tire they put on messed up and didn't charge me. Now the tire is messed up AGAIN and I'm having to use a spare. My vehicle never had any issues until I went there. Now every month the same side (front right) messes up with a broken belt in the tire. Not sure what they did when they changed it the first time but I will NOT be going back there again. I'll go elsewhere to have someone tell me what the hell is going on.
Started my Monday with a flat, but thanks to Jason, I was on my way in no time!
