Zero stars for Dr Bilhal. My experience was extremely disappointing. At a time when I was feeling particularly vulnerable and unwell, I found Dr Bilhal to be dismissive and unwilling to genuinely listen to my concerns. Rather than feeling supported, I left the consultation feeling frustrated and unheard. What was most concerning was the refusal to prescribe medication that I felt was necessary, without adequate explanation or consideration of my situation. Stay away. Dr Sophia Ugochi is useless. Organises a MRI then cancels with hospital, doesn't bother to contact me and tell me that its been cancelled. Repeats the same question 3 times in a 5 minute span. This Dr should loose her license as she is by far the worst Dr I have ever met.

I have been going to Collins Street Surgery for years, it was a great clinic when Dr April owned it, but nothing remains the same forever. I had a Telehealth app booked with Dr Chandra, i live remote so had to remain in a phone coverage area which restricted me to stay put and wait for the call. It was booked for 11 am i do realise they can’t always call on time and get caught up with stuff more urgent. So continued to wait 1 hour went by no call 2 hours still no call. Waiting for Dr Satish Chandra call for 5hrs and made contact with receptionist and that made no difference
