My experience at the Collins Street Specialist Centre has been one of great disappointment and regret. I chose this clinic based off their google reviews & ratings but I now wonder how genuine these are as they certainly do not align with the experience I have had with them over the past few months. Aovana and Rebecca made my root canal a very pleasant experience. Aovana and the team are excellent professionals who know how to repair teeth. This is my second root canal at smile solutions. When a root canal is done properly, it feels no different from a slightly longer filling. Thanks for taking care of me.

I have been a CSSC/Smile customer for over a decade. While some of their dental providers are excellent, my recent experience with their specialist services—particularly their periodontist—has been extremely disappointing. After waiting many years for CSSC to recruit periodontists, I finally attended a consultation to discuss surgery. I had a root canal on a very painful back tooth performed by Dr Aovana Timmerman and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received and with the outcome. Aovana is a high level endodontist with amazing attention to detail. She is very skilled and she was so gentle with my sore tooth. Communication and post treatment follow-up were also great. I highly recommend Aovana.
