This is based on my experience with Dr Nick Boardman, back in 2013-2014. While he was friendly usually, he yelled at me, as a young woman for struggling to brush my teeth, to his standard. It was so distressing and humiliating, that i walked out crying, and asked never to see him again. I would highly recommend Dr Andrew Tucker to anyone needing periodontal or implant treatment. The standard of care that I received at this practice was outstanding from start to finish. It is now several months since the placement of the implant and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience and the result . I am a client of Collins Street Periodontics. They were good but now place money now over health. They cancelled my appointment with a day notice because of their new payment plan policy I wasn't aware of so will probably lose a tooth over it. Good luck with your new policy I 'll probably turn up on 29th Sept for the last time. I wish I could charge for my time with less than 24 hours notice and organising the half day off my work too attend.
Dr Nick Boardman is wonderful - he is caring, personable and very thorough. He is a safe pair of hands in a storm of complex dental issues! Many thanks to Dr Boardman and the team.
