Worst experience ever had, optometrist david couldn’t even recognise the standard spectacles or contact lens for my eyes However, they didn’t even sent any reminder text. As such I have to book another appointment, long time than that the appointed one. Really frustrated and annoying experience. Whenever I pay a visit, they charge a bulk amount of money bur I haven’t been cured yet, just been there at the initial eyesight problem. Then whats the benefit of spending such amount money when they can’t treat!
I went in just to look at glasses before realising they are also a professional optometrist! Ian was very friendly! He offered contact lenses for me to put on so that I could see myself in different frames through the mirror. He gave me constructive advice in picking a frame that fits my face shape and prescription, and pointed out whenever a pair of glasses didn’t look good on me. I was also told the practise offers service of attaching nose pads to glasses that are made without them - ver cool!
Highly recommend Willy for dry eye issues. The consultation was extremely thorough and educational. Ive had one IPL and LLLT and already feeling relief. Thanks again!
