The HotDoc app to get repeat prescriptions states word for word - “usually within 24 hours” It doesn’t state afterwards, “but could be 2-4 days or longer” That’s misleading. Don’t put usually a set time. Put exactly how long something may take. I’m now waiting more than 4 days without a repeat script due to being told within 24 hours. If it was more honest with setting expectations I’d set reminders to arrange scripts sooner.
