Absolutely awful. I would leave less than one star if even remotely possible. I bought a car from Rob Reeves who was located at this shop, along with Kolors next to it at the beginning of the year. Rob Reeves stated he would fix the breaks, all I had to do was bring it back when the parts came in. I have the written bill of sale stating the same thing. Fast forward a week, I message him asking about the parts & why the A/C was blowing hot & he said he would look into the A/C issue & see if the break parts came in. Never hear... read more

I had to pay for my truck impound here due to a series of serious unfortunate events involving my son using it. But they were absolutely as courteous and kind as they could be and help me through the process considering I was not a really happy for participant in the process. And that's about what you can expect as the best from the business like this. Good decent people. Just doing their job. There was no damage to my vehicle which is a very expensive high-end truck and the cost was pretty reasonable.
