We were impressed with Collins & Sons. They were always very nice on the phone, and worked with us on what we needed. The roofing crew were very nice and efficient. I recommend them-our roof looks lovely.
Really great experience from start to finish. Matt was extremely responsive and his team did a fantastic job, including leaving the site nicely cleaned up after the work. I really appreciate how accommodating Matt was given that I live in California and needed to coordinate with my folks living at their home in Conway. He went out of his way to work with both me and them and made the whole thing super easy. Highly recommended!
I am very satisfied with my new roof. The workers were very professional and skillful. I have used Collins before and will continue to use them. I highly recommend them and give you a fair price.
Collins worked me in for an inspection after a big storm and tarped my roof immediately as there was another sgorm coming that night. I could not get anyone else to make time. He did not make me feel bad about not being prepared for a large expense so worked with me about a payment plan for deductible. As of today, I have a pretty new roof. Thank you. Ashley Griffey
