My in laws took their lawn mower to Collins and spent $350 for it to still run like crap! Would not recommend them ever!
Always friendly and helpfull when I go or call. Don't always have the part but they tell me how long to get it and how much. They are very competitive on most of the parts I have called for.
My husband and I called around to see who could look at our generators. This was the closest place to us. We dropped it off and called a week later. They told us it was the ccobirator. The called us a week later to find out if we had any information on the generator because they did not look for themselves. We did not. We called three weeks later to check on it and nobody had any information for us. We went up there and it took them 15 to 30 minutes to find our information. Save your money and your time this shop is one to avoid. It would take more space than this site allows to tell you all reasons why. I will never go there again!!
Deja vu . This is the same thing they did to me but worse. They told me that it would take a day or so due to them not being busy. almost three weeks and hundreds of dollars later. I was screwed, to start with a week after i dropped ot off I went there to see about it and they lady (wife) of the owner said that they did not have the partm while I was there she started looking on the internet to order it. As far as I am concerned this 'star' rating is FORCED on me and they do not deserve even ONE star!!! HORRIBLE buisnessmanship! TOTALLY unprofessional and LAZY! We have been going to them for over 5 years ordering parts as my husband can pretty much repair things on his own. This business should not even get one star but I had to choose. They kept my mower close to 3 weeks when said not very busy. Did work on it I did not authorize then charged me for it! Just started replacing parts to try and fix it, charged also for replacing parts and the parts when they did not need to be replaced and did not fix it !! Very rude !
