Unprofessional and a very poor attitude. Not a very good start to our move to Corpus. I still remember it to this day, my review is about you as an independent agent and not KW. You totally dismissed us that day. I am not sure if you having a bad day or what but impressions last and even 3 years later it still hasn’t gone from my memory. It was my brief personal experience with you, nothing more, nothing less!
Rocia lost the keys to my moms condo that she had listed in Corpus :( Not a great attribute for a realtor.
Moved in to the area from out of town and Rocia helped us purchase a home on the south side. She was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. All documents required for the new home were available online for us to e-sign, which was especially helpful since we were not in the area during most of the home buying process. Overall did a great job from viewing to closing, with excellent attention to detail. Would highly recommend to friends and co-workers!
