Well as usual its Collins Plumbing to the rescue. We ran out of water on Monday evening. We thought it could be the pump. Well long story short Collins Plumbing sent up two qualified people and they determined the pump was faulty. I asked can it be repaired and he said in about an hour. Wow I said. They pulled the pump up, replaced the pump along with a section of piping, reinstalled it and tested water. All was good. They had us up and working in no time. My mom had issues with the plumbing and called Collins Plumbing. They came out, took a look and told her what was going on with the plumbing. The sewer was plugged, and the old pipes were crumbling (old house) and needed to break up the concrete to get to the pipes. They were very helpful and did an excellent job replacing the pipes, fixing what needed to be fixed and cleaned up the basement areas where they needed to replace the pipes.
