Needed to get a faucet replaced for my elderly mothers house. Called Collins Plumbing to inquire for estimate. Took 2 days to get through to someone, but the estimate was the best price so I decided to go forward with the appointment. The plumber was not only two hours late, but incredibly unprofessional. We had a leak from outside faucet. Collins came out on a weekend fixed it in less then 30 mins. Great work will hire again.
Went above and beyond to walk us through self repair when we couldn’t have anyone in our home due to illness. Went above and beyond and very much appreciated.
