Dr. Duncan Hughes burned a hole in my chest causing a 5 day stay in the hospital with MRSA and close to Sepsis and ICU. With Medical bills piling up and 8 months without an implant, neither Synergy or Dr. Hughes has attempted to make it right. I've had varying experiences at 3 Synergy locations. For no reason communicated to me, my appt was cancelled without so much as a text or call. After numerous calls to find out why, I still have no answer. There seems to be an issue with understandng services that I want when I am clear every single time I've tried to make an appt. I finally find one laser technician that I was really comfortable with who left for another location. Tomorrow is another day and let's see if 1 of my 4 calls is returned.
