Love this spot
I had a very disturbing experience at Collins Place. A security guard aggressively knocked on the door of the accessible/unisex bathroom on the second floor, shouted at me, asked invasive questions about what I was doing inside the bathroom, questioned whether I had a disability, and physically blocked my exit. This behaviour was intimidating, inappropriate, and unacceptable. Accessible bathrooms are not exclusive, and no one should be interrogated or blocked from leaving a bathroom. I had to pick up my passport from the passport office which is inside Collins Place, I found street parking out the front of Collins Place and was back to my car in less than 15 minutes, fantastic experience.
