The front office staff and Dr. Collins are truly the most welcoming and comforting people! My daughter was nervous about going in and getting an evaluation to see if we needed to begin the braces journey. Upon arrival, the front staff made us feel comfortable and very calm! We’re about halfway through the process of braces, and I can say we love Dr Sam! He’s so personable and makes my kid feel relaxed about all of it. He’s thoughtful and thorough. We tried out two places before coming here, and Collins was so different. Save yourself the time and trouble and just start here! Same pricing as all the “big” ones, but personal service and touch.
Round two with Dr. Collins. That's two generations of Bellevue Harvey men as customers. My teenage son and me. We love this business. The staff are professional, office is clean and welcoming, no pressure consulation, clear road map and cost up front. I needed braces because I was grinding my teeth at night. I'm in my 40s, and it took 9 months to get them straightened out. Our family highly recommends them.
We love Collins Orthodontics!! Dr. Collins is super knowledgeable, great in how he talks to and treats kid patients, and is not overly aggressive in recommending treatment for the sake of treatment. We’ve had a great experience there and recommend the practice wholeheartedly.
