This was a great experience all things considered. I went in for an oil change any my service writer suggested new tires and after considering it for a minute I agreed. This was a great decision as my Rogue drives so much smoother. The price was reasonable and installed pretty fast. Thanks to Mike and Lacey! You guys ROCK!
Terrific service center, Lacey is amazing. Easy to get to on Bardstown Road and ample parking they go through everything with you before they do anything. top-notch.
I had an excellent experience at Collins Nissan’s service center. I brought my 2021 Camry in for a tire repair, and they were able to get me in quickly with no hassle at all. The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire visit. They took great care of my car. I truly appreciate their kindness and efficiency — I’ll definitely be returning for future service needs!
