Wonderful experience at Collins Mobile Home. From the beginning Todd was helpful and professional. We ordered our custom built home, Todd was helpful in every way from showing us all of the choices available for flooring, cabinets, countertops and cabinetry, explained all of the available upgrades, ordered, delivered, and set up all within 6 weeks. Never buy a trailer from this place unless you are able to wait months after making a down payment and giving them your land contract for collateral. Being strung along with every excuse imaginable and targeting young, naïve people. You will receive nothing promised and definitely not in the time promised. If you buy it off the lot they will stall you by not giving you all the information up front Such as, you have to get a well permit. Then you need a septic permit.
