Stellar patient care from PA Bonnie Lender. I have had many many doctors in the past but never have I had such a great physician that has wonderful bedside manner, listens, truly listens, and advocates for her patients healthcare. She takes the time to be thorough and asks the important questions and listens carefully to the answers. And from there she orders tests or imaging to get to the bottom of whatever is going on. For the first time in a long time I feel truly cared for and feel like my health is in the best of hands.
The doctor does not have your best interest at heart, doesn't like when you tell her how your body is feeling and has no problem telling you she doesn't care how you feel.. hands down a very disrespectful person and have already been reported to medical board. I hope she hasn't done to anyone else what she did to me
The staff is friendly, and Dr. Thompson is professional, thorough and easy to talk to. I would recommend her to anyone that is looking for a primary care physician.
Dr. Thompson and the other staff members are so friendly! Dr. Thompson is very thorough and it's obvious that she cares about her patients. I was super impressed by my experience.
