The lady who answered the phone was extremely rude. I needed to transfer from one Collins Medical location to the South Windsor one for insurance reasons. She argued with me the entire time that insurance doesn’t work that way and I explained that I can guarantee that’s how my plan works and I’ve already spoken to my insurance about it. She told me the office wasn’t taking any new patients (and I figured it was a lie because the way she approached it). Everytime I go it's a good experience considering
I recently went to them for my annual check-up. They are very prompt with all the follow ups. They called me to update me about all my reports as soon as they received it from Labs.
