I have gotten at least 5 complements on my new 5” slab patio, including by the folks who built my deck and the Jackson county inspector that did the final inspection. Code enforcement is known for being very strict around here. The inspector mentioned that he had rarely seen a slab that wasn’t cracked even on a slab as small as mine 12x20.
