I am afraid to sign anything that is not fully investigated after my 5 months with this provider and her office nurse. Truthful, open, trusting communication with them is not possible
I won't give specifics due to the nature of the health problems we were seen for. My spouse and I have both been to see her in the past year. With my issue, she was flat out wrong and it was an easy diagnosis for the 2nd doctor I saw. I spent quite a bit of money on medications that did not work due to her misdiagnosis.
