As someone discovering some complex eye issues as a middle aged man, Damien and the team have been incredibly helpful, sensitive and proactive. Went in on a whim because I couldn't find the frames (Convertibles) I liked anywhere else. Ross sourced me a pair and I couldn't be happier. Excellent and friendly customer service. Will be my first stop in future.
