I had some questions about the glasses I have and came in to have a chat. Jason helped me out with everything and is very professional. There is an extensive range of glasses and products for everything optical. If you have any questions or queries, come in and see the team here! I went there to get my glasses fixed. Not only did Ross fix my glasses but he also helped me get a suitable replacement, ready within 24 hours to pickup! Their quality of workmanship is really wonderful and their customer service is laudable. The day I went there to pickup my glasses ended up buying some nice shades for the missus as the customer service is that good! Again kudos to Ross.
What can one say. Simply the best old fashioned service. Went there with issues about my glasses. Other places either where not interested or rushed to get you out. Ross and his team take the time. There caring approach and understanding make the difference. Nothing is to much effort, they honestly want the very best for me and honestly any customer. Ross has honestly gone out of his way to fix a issue no one else could be honestly bothered trying to figure out. That's the difference
Our son has an eye condition that requires ongoing treatment and monitoring. Damien was the third Optometrist our son had seen in his life and the only one that diagnosed his condition. Previous Optometrists had told us he was long-sighted but did not require glasses. By the time we saw Damien our son had impaired vision in one eye that couldn't be corrected with glasses. He is now 11 and has been seeing Damien for a year and his vision is steadily improving, and he has now started VR based Vision Therapy called Vivid Vision... read more
