Ms. Collins was contacted by me in 2023 to help sort out an HOA case in which the local Boise County Judge Fleming had made a sloppy mistake in signing a ruling that had been submitted purposefully mis-worded (With Prejudice instead of what Fleming had ruled which was Without Prejudice)by an unethical defense attorney Trevor Hart - this Order was worded completely against what Fleming had officially ruled.
