Miscommunication/changing phone carriers etc with them left a $140 bill unpaid. NO LETTER SENT but it was turned into collection and they tried to charge me 500 for an OLD water softener. After discussing the issue with accounts manager I was informed I would be dropped as a customer and the 500 needed to be paid or softner returned. I chose the latter. Do not recommend at all. Very poor at getting back to people I called On October 1 for work to be done never heard anything back for a week and a half and recalled on October 13th so I’d get a call back never did call Dr. October 14th said I’d get a call back never did called 15th October. My husband even called them and never got a call back. Finally got a callback on the 15th they were gonna be there that day to do the work. They are very poor at getting back to people and coming out and doing the job in a timely manner. Y... read more

Been over two weeks of calling every single day just to get a quote of how much it would be for them to fix my ac unit. Still haven't gotten a call back. Really disappointed and upset about the entire situation. Feeling that we don't matter as customers to them.
