Honda is my favorite car in my life. used to have 3 Honda cars. But the services is getting worse in my experiences. each service should have car wash but I haven't had the car wash for 3 times (3 years) since I bought new car at 2023. Today I dropped off my car at 0730, informed to pick up my car at 1600. By time I arrived the Collins Honda, my car service even hasn't done. Have been a loyal customer of Collins, which was a family-owned business with experienced mechanics. For the past two years, I'm provided with bad news at every 6-monthly service. Each corrective action quoted $2000+. Having trust in the company meant I did away with $4000+ to date, but I simply cannot afford to keep up. I bought a used car from this company. They also provide warranty for their used vehicles. My car had a few issues, and they fixed every detail under warranty. Congratulations — you just lost a customer forever. You asked me to drop my car at 11:30. I came on time, only to be told, “Oh, you’re dropping at this hour? We can’t service it today, come tomorrow.” Fine, I came the next day. The car was “serviced” but not washed inside or outside. Service our car today, invoice said tyres had been rotated which obviously not as my tyre has different brand so we know which one is which. Call service centre only been advised that no rotation had been made but they accidentally written been rotated, how can we trust them do you what they meant to do, so much for satisfaction guarantee, so very disappointed.
