Have been a loyal customer of Collins, which was a family-owned business with experienced mechanics. For the past two years, I'm provided with bad news at every 6-monthly service. Each corrective action quoted $2000+. Having trust in the company meant I did away with $4000+ to date, but I simply cannot afford to keep up. I bought a used car from this company. They also provide warranty for their used vehicles. My car had a few issues, and they fixed every detail under warranty. They even provided me with a courtesy car. Whether new or used, this is a company that truly stands behind their cars. I highly recommend them. Congratulations — you just lost a customer forever. You asked me to drop my car at 11:30. I came on time, only to be told, “Oh, you’re dropping at this hour? We can’t service it today, come tomorrow.” Fine, I came the next day. The car was “serviced” but not washed inside or outside. Service our car today, invoice said tyres had been rotated which obviously not as my tyre has different brand so we know which one is which. Call service centre only been advised that no rotation had been made but they accidentally written been rotated, how can we trust them do you what they meant to do, so much for satisfaction guarantee, so very disappointed.

Didn't even wash my car after service, and I was sittng there for hours and find out car was actually ready for a long time! They know I was there but just no one care. No service at all! Will go somewhere else including future sales and trade ins.........
