Service our car today, invoice said tyres had been rotated which obviously not as my tyre has different brand so we know which one is which. Call service centre only been advised that no rotation had been made but they accidentally written been rotated, how can we trust them do you what they meant to do, so much for satisfaction guarantee, so very disappointed.
Didn't even wash my car after service, and I was sittng there for hours and find out car was actually ready for a long time! They know I was there but just no one care. No service at all! Will go somewhere else including future sales and trade ins.........
very disappointed about the services of this center Received a letter from Honda regards a safety recall as instruct booked on line and advice will be contact within two working days I booked on 21/5/2025 ,now is 16/6/2025, 26days after, but not a single word or emails from this center,horrible customer services and customer's vehicle safety been ignore
