Dropped my car off 830am. Was told ready by 3pm. Arrived 330pm. Car service not even started! Was told by it will be another 45mins wait for a $361 service mind you. Longest 8 hour wait ever. Do not overpromise to service if overcapacity. At least be honest and call earlier so I can cancel. Complimentary car wash and vacuum that was told to me at time of booking with Jackie, met with sarcasm was "you do not need to ask, we wash your car with the service". Just BS. No time today. Similar reviews by the looks of it!
Absolutely horrible! Made a booking for my car to have warranty works done upon receiving a recall notification, with reminder emails sent to me about booking confirmation, only to show up today first thing in morning at 7am, and despite being the first customer at service centre, they could not find my booking despite me showing confirmation email and left hanging as I watched many customers getting attended to while the manager just went about doing other stuff,till I got sick and tired despite me asking the reception non ... read more

Personally i have never gone to a dealer without feeling robbed, scammed or treated unfairly. My experience at Collins was the first time ever to be presented with honest, reliable and professional service at a dealership. Special thanks to Shane who looked after my car and kept me updated with works done. Very happy with their service. Five stars! ☆☆☆☆☆
