Our HVAC unit was failing. We got a couple of quotes to replace it. Jerry and Tyler, of Collins Heating & Air Conditioning, were great! They were knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. They gave a quote, explained the process and equipment, set a date, had good communication start to finish, completed the work in a timely fashion, job site was clean after, and the price was as quoted. Can't get much better or easier! Thanks again to all at Collins Heating & Air Conditioning!
Called on a Saturday morning because our air conditioning stopped working. Tyler was here and the problem was fixed by lunch. Great price, friendly, and quick.
