Kristen and her team were attentive, professionals. I am glad that I called Collins Family and Elder Law. The service and attention that Kristen gave me was outstanding.
Called to get information just a basic question on if they handle a certain types of adoption. Person who answered the phone was unsure, so I was transferred ,the 2nd person was unsure and attempting to talk in circles. I explained that it's a simple yes or no and was placed on hold so she could check. The call was like pulling teeth ! I simply need a confirmation on if the lawyers have any experience in what i was seeking. To determine if a consultation is worth setting up.
