Kristen and her team were attentive, professionals. I am glad that I called Collins Family and Elder Law. The service and attention that Kristen gave me was outstanding.
Called to get information just a basic question on if they handle a certain types of adoption. Person who answered the phone was unsure, so I was transferred ,the 2nd person was unsure and attempting to talk in circles. I explained that it's a simple yes or no and was placed on hold so she could check. The call was like pulling teeth ! I simply need a confirmation on if the lawyers have any experience in what i was seeking. To determine if a consultation is worth setting up.
This is a great firm to work with. Very good communication. Kristen is down to earth, and a wonderful attorney.

The first attorney that I had at this law firm was not very good. She did not seem to care about me, or informing me on my case. I had to constantly call her and then, when I did, she was aggravated. As though my case was not important, but those invoices came on time every month. Firing her and being transferred over to Christine Huston Things got extremely better very quickly Christine is GREAT!!!!
