Ive been going to Dr Collins for about months 3years. At first she made sure I always had my prescription was very caring. This past year ive been going thru a divorce but still managing to maintain my sobriety. Fastforward to today ive been out of medicine 4 days all n because of billing n scheduling mistakes. Previously she wouldbcall in a few soi wouldn't be sick. Not any more I think it cruel to let a patient go thru with draws on purpose

After weeks of calling and using the online contact form I have given up on trying to get in contact with anyone at this office. Dr. Collins was listed as one of my options for a PCP on my insurance website which shows she is accepting new patients so I'm not sure why this office is incapable of responding to voicemails and emails. Every time I have called I get a pre-recorded message from "the answering service" and the one time I actually spoke to a person, she said she left a message for the team and someone would call me... read more
