By far the WORST experience I've ever had with any doctor. I never make these kind of of reviews but after today's visit at the port charlotte office I had to. I would absolutely find any other doctor rather than Ezeuka.
This “office” is so sketchy! I made an appointment with Zocdoc and showed up 10min early. There is a single sign above the door, and a camera, but all entrances are covered with blinds and there is no staff it seems. All calls went to an international call center, so I called the 3rd party scheduler to investigate. Currently, we’re on hold. It’s well past the the appointment time, and even *if there is actual medical staff at this location, they are clearly unprofessional and incompetent. Terrible attitude with zero people skills! Will not have him in charge of my health! Only there to make money on office visits! If you want to spend forever waiting on him because he is always so behind and never get a refill because he wants you to go in every time then he is great! DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR
I wish I could give zero stars! He is a terrible listener and extremely condescending. The nurses are the most amazing part. I will definitely be choosing a new practice. I have never been talked to so badly from a doctor in my life. He is rushed and seems to talk at you more than with you. Worst bedside manner. Run from this “doc.”
Avoid Dr. Collins Ezeuka like the plague. If you’re looking for someone who actually listens, collaborates, or bases decisions on your symptoms, move on. Dr. Ezeuka blew me off, dismissed my requests, and told me—yes, me!—“don’t tell me what to do” when I asked for routine blood work. That kind of professional arrogance should never happen in healthcare. It gets worse.
